Copart Auction Access
Where we stand on Copart access — stated plainly
Premium Auto Bid places customer bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API. Once a customer completes identity verification, accepts our Member Terms and has an approved deposit, their bids are submitted directly to the relevant Copart auction through the API — no person places bids on their behalf. We are independent and not an official Copart partner, and no auction outcome is guaranteed. This page is written to be read carefully, including by a Copart reviewer.
Premium Auto Bid is the trading brand operated by Premium Logistics SHPK, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Albania (NUIS M53004202C) with the National Business Center (QKB), with its office in Kamëz, Tirana, Albania. We serve customers in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro who want help discovering, evaluating and acquiring vehicles offered through the Copart auction source.
We have written this page to avoid any overstatement. It describes exactly how bidding works, what we are and are not, and the boundaries we hold. Where a statement matters for compliance or for trademark reasons, we set it apart in a highlighted note so it cannot be missed.
Status: Premium Auto Bid has live Copart API access and submits customer bids to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API. We are independent — not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or officially affiliated with Copart, Inc. The specific sample vehicles shown on this page are demonstration/sample data only — they are not real Copart lots and they are not biddable.
1. Current status — live real-time bidding via the Copart API
Our position is straightforward: Premium Auto Bid has live access to the Copart API and places customer bids on Copart in real time through that API. When a customer bids, the bid is submitted directly to the relevant Copart auction through the API — there is no person manually placing bids on an auction-house account.
Around that live bidding capability we operate the identity-verification and compliance foundations a responsible bidder is expected to have in place. This includes documented Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, written Member Terms, deposit handling and record-keeping, so that the access we hold is used responsibly.
What is true today
- We submit customer bids to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API.
- No operator or human agent places bids on the customer's behalf; bidding is not proxy or manually executed.
- We are independent and are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or officially affiliated with Copart, Inc.
- The specific sample vehicles shown on this page are demonstration data; they are not real Copart lots and cannot be bid on.
We will not describe ourselves as owned by, partnered with, endorsed by or affiliated with Copart, Inc. Our use of the Copart API does not make us a Copart partner or imply any such relationship; every reference to Copart on this platform is descriptive only.
2. What live Copart API access means for you
Because bids are placed on Copart in real time through the Copart API, customers get a direct, timely bidding experience. None of this implies any partnership with or endorsement by Copart, Inc., and no auction outcome is guaranteed.
Real, current lot data
Live listings carry real lot information sourced through the Copart API — identifiers, condition notations and images as provided by the source. The specific sample cars shown on this page remain clearly-labelled demonstration data.
Real-time bid submission
Your bids are submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API. No person places the bid for you; the system submits it directly once your verification, Member Terms and deposit are in order.
Clearer status and history
Bidding through the Copart API gives customers more dependable visibility into lot status and the result of a submitted bid. We still make no guarantee of any auction outcome.
Strong compliance alignment
Bidding through the Copart API lets us align our process directly with the source's member rules and obligations, which is why KYC, Member Terms and an approved deposit are required before any bid is placed.
3. How bidding works
Bidding is gated by checks, then executed in real time through the Copart API. A customer must complete each prerequisite before their bids can be submitted to Copart; once those are satisfied, bids go directly to the relevant Copart auction through the API.
- 1
Step 1 — Identity verification (KYC)
Before any bid can be placed, the customer completes our KYC checks. We confirm who the customer is and that we are permitted to act for them. No KYC, no bidding.
- 2
Step 2 — Deposit approval
The customer places the required deposit — $750 as standard, or 10% for vehicles valued over $7,500 — in USD. Deposits are confirmed by our operators (bank transfer in USD or EUR, or cash in ALL at our Tirana office). We do not use third-party card processors.
- 3
Step 3 — Member Terms acceptance
The customer accepts our Member Terms before bidding. Acceptance of the Member Terms, together with verified identity and an approved deposit, is required before any bid is submitted to Copart.
- 4
Step 4 — Place a bid
With KYC, deposit and Member Terms in place, the customer sets the vehicle and their maximum amount and places the bid. No operator needs to approve each bid for it to reach the auction.
- 5
Step 5 — Real-time submission via the Copart API
The bid is submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API. No person places the bid on the customer's behalf; the system submits it directly.
- 6
Step 6 — Outcome and confirmation
The outcome is recorded and communicated. Vehicles are sold as-is by third-party auction sources, and we make no guarantee of condition, title, mileage, history, outcome or timelines.
4. Non-affiliation and trademark notice
We reference Copart for one reason only: to describe accurately the auction source whose vehicles our customers bid on. That descriptive, nominative reference — and our use of the Copart API — does not imply any ownership, endorsement or official affiliation.
Premium Auto Bid and Premium Logistics SHPK are not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Copart, Inc. "Copart" and the Copart logo are trademarks of Copart, Inc. They are used on this platform in a nominative, descriptive sense only — to identify the auction source we reference — and not as our own marks or to suggest any association.
If at any time Copart, Inc. asks us to change how we refer to its name or marks, we will cooperate. We make no claim to any Copart trademark, and we do not use Copart branding in a way intended to suggest that Premium Auto Bid is owned by or an official channel of Copart.
- We are independent and are not an official Copart partner; we do not describe ourselves as one.
- We place customer bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API; this does not make us affiliated with Copart, Inc.
- We do not own, control or speak for Copart, Inc., and we cannot guarantee any auction outcome.
- All Copart references on this platform are descriptive and may be removed or amended at the trademark owner's reasonable request.
5. Sample listings — what the demonstration cars are and are not
Certain sample vehicle listings shown on this page exist so customers can see how our service looks and behaves. They are demonstration and sample data. They are clearly labelled as such, and they are not connected to any live auction.
- The specific sample cars shown here are demonstration data, not real Copart lots.
- They are not biddable; no request placed against demo data reaches any auction.
- Identifiers, images, prices and condition notes shown on demo listings are illustrative and must not be relied upon.
- Live, biddable listings carry real lot information sourced through the Copart API, distinct from these demonstration samples.
We do not publish fabricated vehicle counts, sale counts or success statistics. If a number is not something we can stand behind, we do not show it.
6. Data and compliance posture
Because a reviewer will reasonably ask how we handle people and information, we set out our posture honestly. We describe what we do; we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Identity, deposits and payments
- KYC and acceptance of our Member Terms are required before any bid is placed.
- Deposits are taken in USD ($750 standard; 10% for vehicles over $7,500) and are confirmed by our operators.
- Payments are made by bank transfer in USD or EUR, or in cash in ALL at our Tirana office; we do not use third-party card processors.
- We keep records of verifications, bids, approvals and confirmations so that our process is reviewable.
Honesty about limits
- We make no SOC 2, ISO or PCI certification claims, and no claim of Copart ownership, endorsement or partnership.
- Vehicles are sold as-is by third-party auction sources; we guarantee no condition, title, mileage, history, outcome or timeline.
- Where we are unsure or not yet able to do something, we say so rather than imply a capability we lack.

Frequently asked questions
Is Premium Auto Bid an official Copart partner?

How are my bids placed on Copart?
Your bids are submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API. No operator or human agent places bids on your behalf — once your KYC, deposit and Member Terms are in order, the system submits your bid directly.
Are the vehicles I see real Copart lots I can bid on?
Live listings carry real lot information sourced through the Copart API and are biddable. The specific sample cars labelled as demonstration data on this page are not real Copart lots and are not biddable.

What do I need to do before I can bid?

An honest starting point
We would rather under-claim and be trusted than over-claim and be wrong. We place customer bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API, after KYC, Member Terms and an approved deposit — while remaining independent of Copart, Inc. and guaranteeing no auction outcome.
