Premium Auto Bid in Montenegro
Vehicle auction access and import support for customers in Montenegro
Premium Auto Bid is the trading brand of Premium Logistics SHPK, an Albanian company that helps customers across Montenegro discover Copart auction vehicles, place bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API, and coordinate transport, customs and delivery. We are an independent platform and are not owned by, operated by or affiliated with Copart, Inc.
If you are based in Podgorica, Niksic, Bar, Budva, Herceg Novi, Pljevlja or anywhere else in Montenegro and you want to buy a vehicle from a North American auction, Premium Auto Bid provides a structured, transparent way to do it. We combine an online catalogue, identity verification, USD deposit handling and real-time bidding submitted to Copart through the Copart API with Adriatic-port import logistics that bring the vehicle to the region and onward to you.
Important: the specific vehicle listings shown on the platform today are clearly labelled demonstration/sample data displayed for illustration only. They do not represent real Copart lots and are not available for bidding. Premium Auto Bid places customer bids on Copart in real time through the Copart API; it is not an official Copart partner and is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Copart, Inc.
Who we serve in Montenegro
We work with private individuals, sole traders and businesses located in Montenegro who want access to vehicles offered through Copart auctions in North America. Typical customers include people buying a single car for personal use, small dealerships and repair shops sourcing stock or salvage-and-repair projects, and businesses looking for vans or light commercial vehicles.
Premium Auto Bid is operated from Albania by Premium Logistics SHPK and serves customers in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro. Wherever you are located, the service, the compliance checks and the bidding process are the same; only the final-leg transport, the applicable customs regime and the registration steps differ by country.
- Private buyers in Montenegro purchasing a vehicle for personal use.
- Dealers, garages and repair shops sourcing inventory or repairable vehicles.
- Businesses needing light commercial vehicles, vans or specialist vehicles.
- Customers who want a single, accountable point of contact from search through to delivery.
Before you can place a bid, every customer must complete identity verification (KYC) and accept our Member Terms. Customs, VAT and registration in Montenegro are set and administered by the national authorities, and the customer remains responsible for confirming those obligations.
How it works, step by step
From first browse to delivery in Montenegro, the process is structured and checked at each stage. Once your prerequisites are met, your bids are submitted to Copart in real time through the Copart API.
- 1
Browse the demo catalogue
Explore the Copart-style vehicle catalogue on the platform to understand the type of lots, data and pricing you can expect. The specific listings shown now are clearly labelled demonstration/sample data, are not real Copart lots, and are not biddable.
- 2
Create an account and complete KYC
Register and complete identity verification (Know Your Customer). We confirm who you are before any bid can be placed. Acceptance of our Member Terms is required to proceed.
- 3
Place a deposit in USD
Deposits are held in US dollars: a standard $750, or 10% of the vehicle value for vehicles over $7,500. Payments are operator-confirmed by bank transfer (USD or EUR), or in cash (ALL) at our Tirana office. We do not use third-party card processors.
- 4
Place your bid on Copart in real time
When you find a vehicle, you set your maximum amount and, once your KYC, deposit and Member Terms are in order, your bid is submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API. No outcome is guaranteed.
- 5
Import via an Adriatic port
Once a vehicle is won and paid, we coordinate ocean freight from North America to an Adriatic port such as Bar or Durrës, followed by onward road transport toward Montenegro.
- 6
Customs, registration and delivery
We support the customs and import process and arrange final delivery. Montenegro customs duties, VAT and registration are determined by the national authorities; you confirm and remain responsible for these obligations. Figures we provide are estimates only.
Real-time bidding through the Copart API
Premium Auto Bid submits your bids to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API. You stay in control of your maximum bid, and bidding only opens once all preconditions are met. This keeps the process transparent and confirms that you are eligible before any bid reaches the auction.
- You complete KYC, fund your deposit and accept the Member Terms.
- You select the vehicle and set your maximum bid.
- Your bid is submitted to the relevant Copart auction in real time through the Copart API.
- We keep you informed of the result; no outcome is guaranteed.
Vehicles are sold AS-IS by third-party auction sources. Premium Auto Bid makes no guarantees as to condition, title, mileage, history or outcome, and cannot guarantee timelines for auctions, shipping, customs or delivery.
Import and customs into Montenegro
After a successful purchase, the vehicle is shipped by sea from North America to an Adriatic port. Common routing brings vehicles to the Port of Bar in Montenegro or to Durrës in Albania, from where the vehicle continues by road to its destination. The most suitable port and route depend on the vehicle, schedules and the agreed delivery point.
Import duties, VAT and registration requirements for vehicles entering Montenegro are set and administered by the relevant Montenegrin national authorities, including the Customs Administration and tax authorities. These charges and procedures can change and depend on the vehicle, its value, age and your own circumstances.
- Customs clearance and applicable import duties as assessed by Montenegrin customs.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other charges levied by the national authorities.
- Technical inspection, homologation and registration where required for use in Montenegro.
- Documentation, including the bill of sale, title or equivalent, and shipping paperwork.
Any duty, tax, registration or total-cost figures we share are estimates only and are provided for planning purposes. You are responsible for confirming the current rules, rates and procedures with the competent Montenegrin authorities or a qualified customs broker before committing to a purchase.
Deposits and payments
All deposits and balances are denominated in US dollars. A standard deposit is $750; for vehicles valued over $7,500 the deposit is 10% of the vehicle value. Deposits are applied toward your purchase and logistics, in line with our Deposit and Refund Policy and Member Terms.
- Bank transfer in USD or EUR, confirmed by our operators against our bank records.
- Cash in Albanian lek (ALL) accepted only in person at our Tirana office.
- No third-party card processors and no foreign card payment gateways are used.
- Every inbound payment is verified independently by an operator before bidding is enabled.
Because payments are operator-confirmed, please allow time for verification. Bidding is enabled only once your deposit has been received and confirmed.
